He had Posterior Urethral Valve which was fulgurated endoscopically few years ago…
He had valve bladder syndrome ( in this condition bladder generates pressure much more than normal during bladder filling and voiding which may damage the kidneys ) and his kidneys were getting damaged. We did urodynamic study and started him on appropriate medication. 6 months down the line his kidneys have shown great improvement and urinary leakage ( urge incontinence ) has stopped.
