A renowned personality from Sriganganagar had a huge prostate approximately 230 gram alongwith urinary retention. He was on catheter since last 06 months.
Urodynamic study at our hospital Institute of Urology, Jaipur confirmed the diagnosis of bladder outlet obstruction and we did Laser Prostatectomy (HoLEP).
Surgery and recovery was good.
Below you can see the picture of removed prostate tissue. 230 grams of prostate tissue was first enucleated and morcellated then removed.
