Laser prostate surgery is fast becoming gold standard surgical treatment for enlarged prostate in elderly. Total removal of the enlarged gland with minimal complications during and after surgery has increased its popularity among patients.
Recently two laser prostate surgeries were done at our centre for prostate @150 gms each. They had excellent recovery with good urine flow postoperatively.
