This middle aged man from Aligarh had single functioning right kidney. Due to large stone obstructing the kidney his creatinine rose to highly abnormal level of CRF and chronic renal failure ). Stent was inserted to de-obstruct the kidney. His creatinine settled at 3 mg %. We did mini PCNL ( removing stone from kidney through a small hole at the back )
All stone was removed and he was discharged after 03 days. His present level of creatinine is 2 mg%. Expected to come down further.
