Due to large stone obstructing the kidney his creatinine rose to highly abnormal level of CRF and chronic renal failure ). Stent was inserted to de-obstruct the kidney. His creatinine settled at 3 mg %. We did mini PCNL ( removing stone from kidney through a small hole at the back )<br>All stone was removed and he was discharged after 03 days. His present level of creatinine is 2 mg%.
