Urethral stricture or narrowing of urine pipe is a very troublesome disease. Endoscopic or laser technique gives good result, but patient has to undergo repeated urethral dilatation either by self or by urologist; otherwise structure recurs. Urethroplasty or open surgical reconstruction in properly selected cases gives excellent surgical results, patients mostly do not need any further dilatation.
Here we present open surgical reconstruction for his structure. His post op uroflowmetry was excellent.
